Key People

With more than 20 years of experience in structuring corporate finance and international finance transactions, Christian Lamonaca advises leading domestic and foreign companies. He has led extraordinary transactions, including IPOs, corporate bond issues, and investments in alternative investment funds. He currently serves as CEO of CLIFF SGR and Investment Manager of the CLIFF SGR Made in Italy – Private Debt No. 1 Fund, where he continues to contribute to the success of strategic investment projects.

With more than 15 years of experience in the legal field of corporate finance, Saverio Occhipinti is the owner of Occhipinti & Associates Law Firm. His expertise extends to legal advice in finance, where he provides strategic support to clients in complex transactions. He holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of CLIFF SGR and Investment Manager of the CLIFF SGR Made in Italy – Private Debt No. 1 Fund.

He has held prominent roles on the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of numerous companies, helping to ensure effective tax management and transparent corporate governance.

He holds the position of Investment Director of CLIFF SGR and Investment Manager of the CLIFF SGR Made in Italy – Private Debt No. 1 Fund.

She has consolidated structured experience in achieving strategic communication goals.
